适应症
1.用于治疗由脆弱拟杆菌、狄氏拟杆菌、卵园拟杆菌、多形拟杆菌、普通拟杆菌、梭状芽胞杆菌、真杆菌、消化球菌和消化链球菌、幽门螺杆菌、黑色素拟杆菌、梭杆菌、CO2噬织维菌、牙龈类杆菌等敏感厌氧菌所引起的多种感染性疾病，包括：|(1)腹部感染：腹膜炎、腹内脓肿、肝脓肿等。|(2)盆腔感染：子宫内膜炎、子宫肌炎、输卵管或卵巢脓肿、盆腔软组织感染、嗜血杆菌阴道炎等。|(3)口腔感染：牙周炎、根尖周炎、冠周炎、急性溃疡性龈炎等。|(4)外科感染： 伤口感染、表皮脓肿、褥疮溃疡感染、蜂窝组织炎、气性坏疽等。|(5)脑部感染： 脑膜炎、脑脓肿。|(6)败血症、菌血症等严重厌氧菌感染等。|2.用于手术前预防感染和手术后厌氧菌感染的治疗。|3.治疗消化系统严重阿米巴虫病，如阿米巴痢疾、阿米巴肝脓肿等。
用法用量
静脉滴注，滴注时间为60分钟，用量如下：|1.术前术后预防用药：成人手术前1-2小时静滴1g奥硝唑，术后12小时静滴500mg，术后24小时静滴500mg。|2.治疗厌氧菌引起的感染:成人起始剂量为0.5-1g，然后每12小时静滴0.5g，连用3-6天。如病人症状改善，建议改用口服制剂。|3.治疗严重阿米巴病：成人起始剂量为0.5-1g，然后每12小时0.5g，连用3-6天，儿童剂量为每日20-30mg/kg体重，每12小时静滴一次，滴注时间30分钟。
不良反应
本品通常具有良好的耐受性，用药期间会出现下列反应：|1.消化系统：包括轻度胃部不适、胃痛、口腔异味等。|2.神经系统：包括头痛及困倦、眩晕、颤抖、四肢麻木、痉挛和神经错乱等。|3.过敏反应：如皮疹、瘙痒等。|4.局部反应：包括刺感、疼痛等。|5.其他：白细胞减少等。
禁忌
1.禁用于对本品及其他硝基咪唑类药物过敏的患者。|2.禁用于脑和脊髓发生病变的患者、癫痫及各种器官硬化症患者。|3.禁用于器官硬化症、造血功能低下、慢性酒精中毒患者。
注意事项
1.肝损伤患者用药每次剂量与正常用量相同，但用药间隔时间要加倍，以免药物蓄积。|2.使用过程中，如有异常神经症状反应即停药，并进一步观察治疗。
贮藏
遮光、密闭，阴凉处(不超过20℃)保存。
