适应症
主要用于慢性痛风的治疗。也可用于各种原因引起的继发性高尿酸血症，原发性高尿酸血症。
用法用量
成人常用量：由小剂量开始，一日25mg(半片)开始，无不良反应可逐渐递增至一日100mg（2片）。早餐后服，同时加服碳酸氢钠一日3g。
不良反应
1.胃肠反应：恶心及腹部不适等。
2.引起肾结石和肾绞痛。
3.诱发关节炎急性发作。
4.罕见发热、皮疹和肝或肾功能损害。
禁忌
中、重度肾功能损害者及患有肾结石的患者禁用。
注意事项
1.服用过程中应多饮水，碱化尿液。对肾功能下降，血肌酐大于130μmol/L者仍然有效，但必须保持每日尿量在2000ml以上。
2.定期检测肾功能以及血和尿尿酸的变化。
3.必须在痛风性关节炎的急性症状控制后方能应用本品。

密闭保存。
