适应症
适用婴幼儿由于感冒，枯草热或其他上呼吸进过敏引起的鼻塞、流涕、咳嗽等症状的对症治疗。
用法用量
口服。每4-6小时可重复用药，每24小时用药不超过4次，或遵医嘱。
不良反应
偶见皮疹，烦躁，焦虑，兴奋，头痛，头晕，心悸，失眠，口干，食欲不振，恶心，上腹不适等。
禁忌
对本品成份过敏者或接受单胺氧化酶抑制药(用于抗抑郁或帕金森病)治疗或停止单胺氧化酶抑制药治疗2周内的患者禁用。
注意事项
1.药物要放到儿童接触不到的地方。2.如症状在5天内无改善或伴发热、皮疹或头痛应请医师诊治。3.持续性或慢性咳嗽(例如有哮喘引起的或伴大量粘痰)者，请在医师指导下使用。4.有高血压，糖尿病，精神抑郁症，心脏病，甲亢，青光眼，哮喘患者以及对麻黄碱药理作用敏感者不宜服用本品。5.本品仅供口服，不可用于滴鼻。6.运动员慎用。
贮藏
避光、密封，置阴凉处保存，温度不超过20℃。
