适应症
用于焦虑症及惊恐发作的治疗，也用于抑郁症、失眠及手术前镇静。
用法用量
1.抗焦虑：口服0.25～0.5mg，每天3次，必要时增量至每天3～4mg。老年或体弱患者，开始口服0.25mg，每天2～3次。治疗惊恐发作，每天剂量可达10mg。|2.催眠：0.4～0.8mg，睡前服。3.抗抑郁：开始口服每天2～4mg，3次分服；必要时，每天剂量可加至10mg。
不良反应
1.主要有嗜睡、头昏、注意力分散、口干、恶心、呕吐、厌食、便秘、心悸、视力模糊、疲劳、骨骼肌无力、瘙痒、言语模糊、记忆力减退、月经紊乱和尿潴留等。|2.偶有兴奋激动、肌肉强直、失眠、幻觉、黄疸和皮疹等。一旦出现，应立即停药。|3.长期服用可产生依赖性，突然停药可出现戒断症状。
禁忌
1.对本品过敏者、哺乳者禁用。|2.闭角型青光眼、重症肌无力和肝肾功能不全患者禁用。
注意事项
1.18岁以下儿童患者慎用。|2.药物过量与处理：持续的精神错乱、嗜睡、震颤、持续的言语不清、站立不稳、心动过缓、呼吸短促或困难、严重的肌无力等。没有特效的拮抗药，宜及早进行对症处理，包括催吐或洗胃等措施，以及呼吸和循环方面的支持疗法。对异常兴奋，不能用巴比妥类药，以免加强中枢性兴奋作用或延长对中枢神经系统的抑制作用。|3.肝、肾功能损害时可延迟本品的清除t1/2。|4.其他：对苯二氮卓类药耐受量小的患者初始剂量宜小。若出现呼吸抑制和低血压，常提示已超量或静脉注射过快。避免长期大量使用而成瘾。阿普唑仑宜逐渐停药。在治疗恐惧过程中发生晨起焦虑症状，表示有耐药性或两次间隔期的血药浓度不够，可考虑增加服药次数。|5.与酒及含酒精饮料合用时，可增强中枢抑制作用，应注意调整剂量。服用本品不宜驾驶车辆或操作机器。
