适应症
1.用于缓解或预防各年龄组成人和3岁以上儿童的支气管哮喘的发作。本品用于哮喘急性发作后的维持治疗能有效地防止再次发作。与b2受体激动剂或糖皮质激素合用其疗效比单用任何一种药物更佳，且不良反应降低，耐受性更好。|2.也适用于慢性支气管炎和肺气肿伴有的支气管痉挛的症状。
用法用量
口服。每日给药1次，由于哮喘往往在凌晨发作或在凌晨加重，服药时间最好选在晚上8～9点钟。|1.成人一般每日1粒(200mg)，病情较重者或慢性患者加服1粒(200mg，早上8～9点钟)，但须根据个体差异，从小剂量开始，逐渐增加用药量，最大用量不宜超过每日600mg。剂量较大时，可每日早晚2次分服，并尽量行血药浓度测定调节剂量。|2.儿童3岁以上的儿童患者可以按100mg开始治疗，每日最大剂量不应超过10mg/kg。
不良反应
1.不良反应与个体对茶碱清除速率的快慢有关，毒性常出现在药物血清浓度15～20μg/ml时，当少数病人茶碱血药浓度超过20μg /ml时，常见头痛、恶心、呕吐和失眠，较少见的有消化不良、震颤和眩晕。|2.多为轻至中度，重度罕见。|3.当血药浓度超过40μg/ml时可发生发热、失水、惊厥等，严重者甚至呼吸心跳停止。
禁忌
对茶碱不能耐受的病人禁用，未治愈的潜在癫痫患者及急性心肌梗死伴有血压降低者禁用。
注意事项
1.茶碱缓释胶囊不可咀嚼或打开胶囊服用，不应超过医生的处方剂量。|2.本品不适用于哮喘发作状态或急性支气管痉挛发作的患者。|3.茶碱可致心律失常可使原有的心律失常恶化，对患者心律异常或心律有任何显著变化者均应进行监测和研究。|4.有消化性溃疡，肝肾功能不全、肝病、任何原因引起的心力衰竭、持续高烧及使用某些药物的患者、有低氧血症、高血压患者应慎用。并注意监测血清茶碱浓度。|5.吸烟者茶碱的肝代谢加强，需增加用药剂量。
贮藏
密封，在干燥处保存。
