适应症
本品适用于有胃肠道功能或部分胃肠道功能而不能或不愿吃足够数量的常规食物以满足机体营养需求的肠内营养治疗的病人，主要用于：|1. 代谢性胃肠道功能障碍。|(1) 胰腺炎。|(2) 肠道炎性疾病。|(3) 放射性肠炎和化疗。|(4) 肠瘘。|(5) 短肠综合征。|(6) 艾滋病病毒/艾滋病。|2. 危重疾病。|(1) 大面积烧伤。|(2) 创伤。|(3) 脓毒血症。|(4) 大手术后的恢复期。|3. 营养不良病人的手术前喂养。|4. 肠道准备。|5. 本品能用于糖尿病病人。
用法用量
口服或管道喂养。如瓶盖为皇冠盖，则先卸去皇冠盖，插上专用胶塞，插进输液导管;如瓶盖为输液瓶盖，则直接插进输液导管。连接前置入一根喂养管到胃，十二指肠或空肠上段部分。能量密度是1kcal/ml，正常滴速是100-125ml/h ( 开始时滴速宜慢)，剂量根据病人的需要，由医师处方而定。|1. 一般病人，每天给予2000kcal(500ml为4瓶)即可满足机体对营养的需求。|2. 高代谢病人(烧伤，多发性创伤)，每天可用到4000kcal(500ml为8瓶)以适应机体对能量需求的增加。|3. 对初次胃肠道喂养的病人，初始剂量最好从1000kcal(500ml为2瓶)开始，在2-3天内逐渐增加至需要量。|4. 本品在室温下使用，打开前先摇匀，适应全浓度输注者，本品不需要稀释，操作过程须谨慎，以保证产品的无菌。
不良反应
使用本品可能会出现腹泻、腹痛等胃肠道不适反应。
禁忌
1. 胃肠道功能衰竭。|2. 完全性小肠梗阻。|3. 严重的腹腔内感染。|4. 对本品中任一成分过敏的患者禁用。|5. 对本品中任一成分有先天性代谢障碍的患者禁用。|6. 顽固性腹泻等需要进行肠道休息处理的患者禁用。
注意事项
1. 不能经静脉输注。|2. 严重糖代谢异常的患者慎用。|3. 严重肝肾功能不全的患者慎用。
