适应症
本品为抗肿瘤药,适用于原发性肝癌、胃癌、膀胱癌、直肠癌,头顶部上皮癌、白血病等恶性肿瘤。
用法用量
本品不宜用葡萄糖等酸性药液溶解和稀释。 |1.原发性肝癌 |(1)静脉注射，一日4～6mg，用0.9%氯化钠注射液20ml溶解后，缓缓注射，或遵医嘱。 |(2)肝动脉给药，用4mg加0.9%氯化钠注射液10ml灌注，每日一次，15～30天为一疗程。 |2.胃癌：静脉注射，一日4～6mg，用0.9%氯化钠注射液20ml溶解后，缓缓注射，或遵医嘱。 |3.膀胱癌：膀胱灌注后加高频透热100分钟，剂量由10mg逐渐加至20mg，每周2次，15～20次为一疗程。 |4.直肠癌：经肠系膜下动脉插管，以羟喜树碱6～8mg，加入0.9%氯化钠注射液500ml，动脉注入，每日一次，15～20次为一疗程。 |5.头颈部上皮癌：静脉注射，一日4～6mg，用0.9%氯化钠注射液20ml溶解后，缓缓注射，或遵医嘱。 |6.白血病：成人剂量按体表面积一日6～8mg/m2 ，加入氯化钠注射液中静脉滴注，连续给药30天为一疗程，或遵医嘱。
不良反应
1.对消化系统的影响,主要表现为恶心、食欲减退等反应,但不影响治疗,停药后上述症状很快减轻并消失.|2.对造血系统的影响,白细胞有一定程度的下降,但能维持再1X109/L以上,对红细胞,血小板未发现明显抑制作用.。. 对泌尿系统的影响,有少数病例出现尿急、尿痛、及血尿,停药1周后逐渐消失.|3.其他反应,有少数病例出现脱发,停药后可逐渐恢复.
禁忌
对本品过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.本品用药期间应严格检查血象。|2.本品仅限于用0.9%氯化钠注射液稀释。|3.给静脉注射时,药液切勿外溢,否则会引起局部疼痛及炎症。|4.本品呈碱性,应尽量避免与其他药物混合使用。
