适应症
1.适用于脑缺血、脑痴呆、脑外伤及大脑功能不全等脑细胞代谢障碍性疾病的治疗。|2.末稍动脉、静脉循环障碍及其引起的动脉血管病，腿部溃疡;|3.皮肤移植术、皮肤烧伤、烫伤、糜烂、愈合伤口(创伤、褥疮)；放射所致的皮肤、粘膜损伤。
用法用量
静脉滴注，脑中风及脑外伤；将本品20~30ml稀释于250ml的5%葡萄糖注射液或0.9%氯化钠注射液中，静脉缓慢滴注（滴注速度小于2ml/min），一日1次，二周为一个疗程。
不良反应
过敏反应极为罕见(例如荨麻疹，皮肤潮红，药物热，休克等)。如发生过敏反应、立即停药，并给予抗过敏处理。
禁忌
1.严重肾功能障碍者禁用。 |2.对同类药物有过敏反应者禁用。
注意事项
1.本品是高渗溶液,故用于肌注时要缓慢,每次不得超过5毫升(半支)。|2.本品用于输注必需加在等渗盐水?5%葡萄糖溶液中。|3.本品在与其他输液或注射液混合时,即使混合液清澈也不能排除药物相互作用可能产生的物理化学变化。鉴于上述原因,本品不宜与其他针剂混合使用。|4.本品为淡黄色,色泽深浅取决于制备开始时用的材料。所以,一批药物与另一批之间有少量色泽上的差异,但不影响疗效。如溶液浑浊或有可见颗粒,则不要使用。|5.因有发生过敏的可能,建议作试验性注射。
