适应症
止泻药。用于各种病因引起的急慢性腹泻。 用于回肠造瘘术病人可减少排便体积及次数，增加大便稠硬度。
用法用量
本品适用于成人和5岁以上的儿童。――急性腹泻：起始剂量，成人2粒．5岁以上儿童1粒，以后每次不成形便后服用1粒。――慢性腹泻：起始剂量，成人2粒．5岁以上儿童1粒，以后可调节每日剂量以维持每日1-2次正常大便。一般维持剂量每日1-6粒。――每日最大剂量：成人不超过8粒，儿童不超过3粒/20公斤体重。
不良反应
不良反应轻，可出现过敏如皮疹等，消化道症状如口干、腹胀、食欲不振、胃肠痉挛、恶心、呕吐、便秘，以及头晕、头痛、乏力等。
禁忌
易蒙停禁用于2岁以下的儿童。易蒙停胶囊不宜用于5岁以下的儿童。本品为对症治疗药品，对引起腹泻的病因的治疗仍是需要的。本品不能用于伴有高热和脓血便的急性细菌性痢疾的基本治疗。禁用于急性溃疡性结肠炎及广谱抗菌素引起的伪膜性肠炎的病人。对应避免使用肠蠕动抑制剂的患者，禁用本品。一旦发生便秘、腹胀、不完全肠梗阻时，应立即停用本品。
注意事项
1.腹泻患者，尤其是儿童，经常发生水和电解质丧失，补充水和电解质是最重要的治疗措施，儿童应在医生指导下使用本品。
2.对于急性腹泻，如服用本品48小时后，临床症状无改善，应停用本品，建议咨询医生。
3.肝功能障碍患者可能导致药物相对过量，应注意中枢神经系统中毒反应症状。
虽然洛哌丁胺无致畸作用和胚胎毒性，但孕妇使用仍应权衡治疗作用和可能潜在的危害，尤其在妊娠前三个月内。
偶有洛哌丁胺分泌于母乳的报道，虽然其在母乳中含量很低，但哺乳妇女也应注意避免使用。
贮藏
密封，在干燥处保存。
