适应症
本品为非甾体抗炎药，仅在至少一种其他非甾体抗炎药治疗失败的情况下使用。可用于慢性关节炎（如骨关节炎等）的疼痛、手术和急性创伤后的疼痛、原发性痛经的症状治疗。
用法用量
该品依据临床实际情况采用尽可能短的疗程。|1.口服，成人，一次0.05～0.1g，每日2次，餐后服用。|2.儿童用药见常用剂量为5mg/kg体重/天，分2至3次服用，
不良反应
1.本品为局部用药，导致全身不良反应的情况极少出现，但不能排除其可能性。|2.全身不良反应：胃灼热、恶心、胃痛，但症状都很轻微，短暂，很少需要中断治疗。|3.也可能出现头晕、嗜睡、胃溃疡或肠胃出血以及Stevens-Tohnson’s综合症。
禁忌
1.对本品、乙酰水杨酸或对其他非甾体类药过敏者禁用。|2.正处于胃肠道出血的患者或消化道溃疡期的患者禁用。|3.严重肝、肾功能不全的患者禁用。
注意事项
1.本品只适用于完整的皮肤表面，忌用于破损皮肤或开放性创伤口。|2.勿与眼睛及粘膜接触。|3.本品仅供外用，切勿入口。|4.具有出血病史、上消化道疾病、接受抗凝剂或服用抗血小板聚集药物的患者慎用。|5.轻、中度肝肾功能不全的患者慎用。|6.在并用其他非甾体类抗炎药之后，如出现视力下降，应停止治疗，进行眼科检查。
贮藏
遮光，密封保存。
