适应症

本品适用于氨基酸类药。用于蛋白质摄入不足、吸收障碍等氨基酸不能满足机体代谢需要的患者。亦用于改善手术后病人的营养状况。

用法用量

1? 5%，静脉滴注，一次250～500ml。|2? 12%，静脉缓慢滴注，一次250ml，滴速每1分钟20～30滴。

不良反应

本品可致疹样过敏反应，一旦发生应停止用药。偶有恶心，呕吐，胸闷，心悸，发冷，发热或头痛等。

禁忌

严重肝肾功能不全、严重尿毒症患者和对氨基酸有代谢障碍的病人禁用。严重酸中毒、充血型心力衰竭患者慎用。

注意事项

1. 应严格控制滴注速度。2. 本品系盐酸盐，大量输入可能导致酸碱失衡。大量应用或并用电解质输液时，应注意电解质与酸碱平衡。3. 用前必须详细检查药液，如发现瓶身有破裂，漏气，变色，发霉，沉淀，变质等异常现象时绝对不应使用。4. 遇冷可能出现结晶，可将药液加热到60℃，缓慢摇动使结晶完全溶解后再用。5. 开瓶药液一次用完，剩余药液不宜贮存再用。

贮藏

密闭，置凉暗处（不超过20℃）保存。
