适应症
本品适用于敏感菌所致的呼吸道感染、胃肠道感染、尿路感染、软组织感染、心内膜炎、脑膜炎、败血症等。
用法用量
口服。撕开小袋，把药粉倒入适量的凉开水中，摇匀，即可服用。 1.小儿:一日剂量按体重20～40mg／kg，每8小时1次。新生儿和早产儿每次口服50mg，3月以下婴儿一日剂量按体重30mg／kg，每12小时 1次。 2.成人:一次0.5g(4袋)，每6～8小时1次．一日剂量不超过4g(32袋)。
不良反应
1.本品不良反应与青霉素相仿,以过敏反应较为常见。皮疹是最常见的反应,多发生于用药后5天,呈荨麻疹或斑丘疹;亦可发生间质性肾炎;过敏性休克偶见,一旦发生,必须就地抢救,予以保持气道畅通、吸氧及给用肾上腺素、糖皮质激素等治疗措施。
2.粒细胞和血小板减少偶见于应用氨苄西林的病人。
3.抗生素相关性肠炎少见,少数病人出现血清转氨酶升高。
4.大剂量氨苄西林静脉给药可发生抽搐等神经系统毒性症状,婴儿应用氨苄西林后可出现颅内压增高,表现为前卤隆起。
禁忌
有青霉素类药物过敏史或青霉素皮肤试验阳性患者禁用。
注意事项
1.应用本品前需详细询问药物过敏史并进行青霉素皮肤试验。
2.传染性单核细胞增多症、巨细胞病毒感染、淋巴细胞白血病、淋巴瘤患者应用本品时易发生皮疹,宜避免使用。
3.本品须新鲜配制。
贮藏
密闭，在凉暗（避光并不超过20℃）干燥处保存。
