适应症
适用于风湿性关节炎、类风湿性关节炎、骨关节炎、强直性脊椎炎、颈肩腕综合征、肩周炎、痛风及外伤和手术后的消炎镇痛。
用法用量
口服。|1.成人常用量：|(1)抗风湿一次0.4g（2粒），一日1次，饭后口服，一日最大剂量0.6g(3粒)。|(2)镇痛，一次0.2～0.4g(1～2粒)，必要时可用2次。|2.儿童常用量未建立。
不良反应
1.胃肠道反应包括胃痛、胃不适、恶心、纳差、腹泻、便秘等是本品主要不良反应，发生率约5％～10％，大多不需停药或予以对症药物即可耐受。|2.少见的有头痛、头晕、一过性肝功能异常。
禁忌
消化性溃疡，严重肝肾疾病患者，对其他非甾体抗炎药过敏患者，以及粒细胞减少症、血小板减少症患者禁用。
注意事项
1.有消化道溃疡、出血病史患者慎用。|2.长期服用者有肝肾功能、血象异常则宜停药观察。|3.当与口服抗凝剂并用时应慎重。
