适应症
1. 急慢性风湿性或类风湿性关节炎、急慢性关节炎、急慢性强直性脊椎炎。 2. 肩周炎、滑囊炎、肌腱炎及腱鞘炎。 3. 腰背痛、扭伤、劳损及其它软组织损伤。 4. 急性痛风。 5. 痛经、牙痛和术后疼痛。
用法用量
口服，每次50mg，一日二次，或遵医嘱。
不良反应
1. 可引起头痛及腹痛、便秘、腹泻、胃烧灼感、恶心、消化不良等胃肠道反应，过敏性皮疹不常见。
2. 少见肾功能下降，可导致水钠潴留，表现尿量少、面部水肿、体重骤增等。极少数可引起心律不齐、耳鸣等。
3. 本品有导致骨髓抑制或使之加重的可能。
禁忌
服用本品，阿司匹林或其他非甾体抗炎药出现过敏反应，哮喘，荨麻疹或其他变态反应的患者禁用。
注意事项
1. 消化性溃疡，血液系统异常，肝，肾功能损害者慎用。
2. 本品因含钠，对限制钠盐摄入量的病人应慎用。
贮藏
遮光、防潮、密闭保存。
