适应症
1、呼吸道感染：急性咽炎、化脓性扁桃体炎、急慢性气管炎、支气管炎、肺炎、感冒继发感染； |2、消化道感染：肝胆系统感染、急性胃肠炎、伤寒、副伤寒； |3、泌尿生殖系统感染：尿道炎、膀胱炎、肾盂肾炎、淋病、软性下疳； |4、耳鼻喉、口腔感染：急慢性中耳炎、牙周炎、鼻炎； |5、骨关节感染：骨髓炎； |6、其他感染：心血管感染、皮肤、软组织感染。
用法用量
口服。建议在饭前1小时或饭后2小时服用。1.成人及40公斤以上儿童：一次1～2粒，一日3～4次。2.严重感染的病人：一次3粒，一日3～4次。3.40公斤以下儿童：按体重一次5mg/kg，每6小时一次，或遵医嘱。
不良反应
1.偶有胃肠道反应，如：腹泻、消化不良、恶心、呕吐等。其他很少出现的不良反应有腹部不适、头痛、皮疹、荨麻疹、瘙痒和红斑等。|2.与抗生素有关的伪膜性结肠炎也曾有报导。
禁忌
对青霉素类药物过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1、本品为青霉素类药物，使用本品治疗可能会出现过敏反应。治疗前需详细询问病人的过敏史。治疗时若出现过敏反应，应停止用药，并采取适当治疗措施。严重过敏反应需紧急处理，如使用肾上腺素、吸氧、静注皮质类固醇及使用导气管等。|2、治疗期间应注意可能发生的霉菌或细菌病原体的重复感染。若出现重复感染（通常为肠杆菌、念株菌或假单胞菌感染），应停止用药并适当治疗。|3、尽管青霉素类毒性很低，但长期治疗时建议进行肾、肝和造血功能评价。若肾功能降低，应根据降低程度减少剂量。肝功能异常病人慎用澳广。|4、传染性单核细胞增多症患者使用本品，斑丘疹发生率增加，因此不能使用本品。

常温干燥处，避光，密闭。
