适应症
中度至重度疼痛。
用法用量
吞服，勿嚼碎。本品用量视疼痛程度而定。一般成人及14岁以上中度疼痛的患者，单剂量为50～100mg（1/2～1片）。体重不低于25公斤的1岁以上儿童的服用剂量为每公斤体重1～2mg，本品最低剂量为50mg（1/2片）。每日最高剂量通常不超过0.4g（4片）。治疗癌性痛时也可考虑使用相对的大剂量。肝肾功能不全者，应酌情使用。老年患者的剂量要考虑有所减少。两次服药的间隔不得少于8小时。上述推荐剂量仅供参考，原则上应选用最低的止痛剂量。遵医嘱服用。
不良反应
偶见出汗、嗜睡、头晕、恶心、呕吐、纳差及排尿困难为多见。在少数病例，可能出现对人心血管调节有影响（如心悸、心动过缓、体位性低血压或心血管虚脱)，尤其在病人精神紧张或静脉注射时，另外亦有可能出现头痛、干呕、呕吐、便秘、胃肠道刺激症状（如感觉胃部压力、胃胀）和皮肤反应（如瘙痒，皮疹）。在极少数病例，出现运动乏力，食欲改变和排尿异常，应用后极少数病例中可出现不同的精神症状，其强度和性质视个体不同（取决于个体和用药持续时间），副反应包括情绪改变（通常为情绪高涨，偶为抑郁），活动改变（通常为抑制，偶为增加）及认知和感觉改变（如感知和意志障碍）。在极个别病人可能出现惊厥，但这种情况多在大剂量静脉应用本品和合并应用精神抑制药后出现，过敏反应和休克小能完全排除。
禁忌
禁用于对曲马多或共赋形剂过敏者，禁忌与酒精、镇静剂（如安眠药）、镇痛药或其他中枢神经系统作用药物合用（因会引起急性中毒），严重脑损伤、意识模糊、呼吸抑制患者禁用。术品禁用于戒毒治疗。
注意事项
1、肾，肝功能不全者，心脏病患者酌情减量使用或慎用。2、须特别注意：如果用量明显超过推荐剂量时（偶尔在麻醉过程中会出现），则呼吸抑制的可能性不能排除，合并应用其他中枢抑制药物时亦可产生这种情况。3、长期使用不能排除产生耐药性或药物依赖性的可能，禁止作为对阿片类有依赖性病人的代用品，因不能抑制吗啡的戒断症状。4、有药物滥用或依赖性倾向的病人不宜使用。5、驾驶员须注意，本品可能影响病人的驾驶和机械操作能力。
