适应症
1.脑血管循环障碍、脑动脉硬化后遗症、短暂性脑缺血及中风后遗症。|2.外周血管循环障碍及所导致的营养障碍、血管闭塞性脉管炎。|3.眼或内耳血流障碍、糖尿病性视网膜动脉血流障碍。
用法用量
口服 每次0.2～0.4g，1日2～3次。
不良反应
1.常见的不良反应有：头晕，头痛，厌食，腹胀，呕吐等，其发生率均在5%以上，最多达30%左右。 |2.较少见的不良反应有：|(1)心血管系统：血压降低，呼吸不规则，水肿。|(2)神经系统：焦虑，抑郁，抽搐。|(3)消化系统：厌食，便秘，口干，口渴。|(4)皮肤及其其他：血管性水肿，皮疹，指甲发亮；视力模糊，结膜炎，中央盲点扩大，以及味觉减退，唾液增多，白细胞减少，肌肉酸痛，颈部腺体肿大和体重改变等。 |3.偶见的不良反应有心绞痛，心律不齐；黄疸，肝炎，肝功能异常，血液纤维蛋白原降低，再生不良性贫血和白血病等。
禁忌
急性心肌梗塞、严重冠状动脉硬化，严重高血压患者禁用。
注意事项
1.低血压、血压不稳或肾功能不全患者慎用。|2.驾驶车及机器操作者慎用。

遮光，密封保存。
