适应症
本品用于治疗结节性囊肿性痤疮（粉刺），全身抗微生物药物治疗无效的重症痤疮。
用法用量
本品应在医生指导下使用。口服，一次15mg（3粒），每日三次或遵医嘱。
不良反应
常见口干、唇干、唇炎、皮肤干燥和脱屑，偶见瘙痒、鼻衄、恶心、转氨酶升高及过性甘油三酯升高。上述症状停药后自然消失。
禁忌
对本品过敏者、孕妇、哺乳期妇女、肝肾功能不全患者、维生素A过量及高血脂症患者禁用。
注意事项
1. 本品有致畸作用。育龄妇女接受本品治疗以前必须保证二周内的妊娠试验为阴性，并应在下一次月经周期第二、三日开始服用。育龄妇女或其配偶在治疗前四周、治疗期间和停药后至少三个月内必须采取有效避孕措施。 2. 本品不能与四环素联合使用，以免发生颅内高压；本品亦不易与维生素A联合使用。用药前、用药第一个月后及以后每隔三个月应监测肝功能及血脂水平。患者在用药期间及停药后四周内不能献血。

遮光，密封，在阴凉干燥处保存。
