适应症
用于子宫内膜异位症。也用作探亲避孕或事后避孕药；对于早期妊娠，如与前列腺素合用，可提高引产成功率。
用法用量
口服：|1.用于子宫内膜异位症，一般为每次2.5mg，每周2次，第1次于月经第1天服用，3天后服用第2次，以后每周相同时间服用；|2.探亲避孕，探亲当天服3mg，以后每次房事时服1.5mg；|3.事后避孕，从月经第5～7天开始服药，每周2次（间隔3～4天），每次2.5mg；如每个周期服药8次以上，则避孕成功率高；|4.抗早孕，每日9mg（分2～3次服），连服4天，停药后2天于阴道后穹隆处放置卡前列酸（15-甲基前列腺素2α）薄膜，每次2mg每2.5小时1次，共4次，经2.5小时后肌内注射1.5～2mg卡前列酸，为一疗程，如无组织物排出，隔1天后重复疗程。
不良反应
少数人有头晕、乏力、胃部不适、痤疮、多毛及脂溢性皮炎、腿肿、体重增加、乳房缩小松弛等；也有月经周期缩短或延长、闭经、经量减少、不规则出血，但一般会自行减少。突破性出血发生率约5%。国内临床观察见有氨基转移酶升高。
禁忌
1.已知的对孕三烯酮和本品中任何成分过敏者。|2.妊娠妇女|3.哺乳期妇女|4.严重心、肾或肝功能不全|5.在既往的雌激素及/或孕激素治疗期间曾有代谢性疾病及/或血栓性静脉炎病史者。
注意事项
1.开始治疗前必须除外妊娠的可能，特别是以前有闭经的病人。某些妇女使用推荐剂量的孕三烯酮可能会抑制排卵，但是，在此治疗期间也会发生妊娠，所以，一定不可以孕三烯酮作为避孕措施。由于口服避孕药会影响孕三烯酮的作用，所以，在整个治疗期间必须使用屏障避孕法，因为孕三烯酮禁止应用于妊娠病人。|2.因为孕三烯酮偶尔会导致某些程度的体液储留，所以，对心脏或肾脏功能不全的病人应密切监视。|3.对高脂血症的病人需要监测ALAT、ASAT和胆固醇，糖尿病病人监测血糖。|4.孕三烯酮可以降低甲状腺结合球蛋白的浓度，这样会导致血浆甲状腺素总水平的降低。此点无临床意义，因为此时甲状腺素的水平同促甲状腺素的水平一样是在正常的范围之内。
