适应症
本品用于治疗下列疾病:|1.乳腺癌、子宫内膜癌、前列腺癌、肾癌、前列腺腺瘤。|2.可用于月经不调、功能性子宫出血及子宫内膜异位症等。还可用于晚期乳腺癌、子宫内膜癌。
用法用量
口服。本品须在有经验医生指导下服用。乳腺癌:推荐每日0.5-1.5g,甚至每日高达2g（大剂量可分成每天2-3次用药）。子宫内膜癌、前列腺癌及肾癌等激素依赖性肿瘤:每日0.1-0.5g。一般一次0.1g,一日三次,或一次口服0.5g,每日一次。
不良反应
醋酸甲羟孕酮与其他孕激素一样具有以下副作用:乳房胀痛、溢乳、阴道出血、月经改变、闭经、水肿、体重改变、宫颈糜烂程度或宫颈分泌物的改变、黄疸、伴或不伴瘙痒的皮疹、精神抑郁。
禁忌
对醋酸甲羟孕酮过敏者禁用;血栓性静脉炎、血栓栓塞性疾病、严重肝功能不全、流产、骨转移肿瘤患者中可能出现的高钙血症,原因不明的子宫出血禁用;妊娠妇女禁用。
注意事项
1.动物试验表明醋酸甲羟孕酮具有肾上腺皮质激素活性,在人体上也发现有同样作用。长期用高剂量治疗的病人应仔细观察通常与肾上腺治疗有关的症状,如高血压、哮喘、癫痫症、偏头痛,或其他可能因体液潴留而导致恶化的情况;卟啉症和有精神抑郁史患者,治疗时应小心。|2.必须注意到小猎犬长期给予醋酸甲羟孕酮,可导致出现乳房结节,并且偶尔为恶性。此项结果对人体尚无定论。|3.醋酸甲羟孕酮会升高血浆中钙的水平,在治疗乳腺癌时有个别高钙血症的报道。|4.本药应放置于儿童无法接触的地方。警告:|5.醋酸甲羟孕酮片应在癌症化疗有经验的医生指导下进行。|6.由于醋酸甲羟孕酮有增强血凝结的能力,若出现血栓栓塞性疾病、偏头疼、突发性部分或者完全失明、复视、视神经乳头水肿、视网膜血管损害等症状,应立即停药。|7.若出现阴道出血,应进行仔细检查以明确诊断。如需要做组织学检查,应告知实验室人员该患者正接受孕激素类药物的治疗。
