适应症
本品用于治疗: 1.各期原发性高血压。 2.肾血管性高血压。 3.各级心力衰竭。对于症状性心衰病人，本品也适用于: (1)提高生存率。 (2)延缓症状性心衰的进展。 (3)减少因心衰而导致的住院。 4. 预防症状性心衰。对于无症状性左心室功能不全病人，本品适用于: (1)延缓症状性心衰的进展。 (2)减少因心衰而导致的住院。 5.预防左心室功能不全病人冠状动脉缺血事件。本品适用于: (1)减少心肌梗塞的发生率。 (2)减少不稳定型心绞痛所导致的住院。
用法用量
口服。开始剂量为一日5-10mg (半片-1片) ，分1-2次服，肾功能严重受损病人 (肌酐清除率低于30ml/min) 为一日2.5mg (1/4片) 。 根据血压水平，可逐渐增加剂量，一般有效剂量为一日10-20mg (1-2片) ，一日最大剂量一般不宜超过40mg( 4片) 。 本品可与其他降压药特别是利尿剂合用，降压作用明显增强，但不宜与潴钾利尿剂合用。
不良反应
可有头昏、头痛、嗜睡、口干、疲劳、上腹不适、恶心、心悸、胸闷、咳嗽、面红、皮疹和蛋白尿等。必要时减量。如出现白细胞减少，需停药。
禁忌
对本品过敏者或双侧性肾动脉狭窄患者忌用。肾功能严重受损者慎用。
注意事项
1.个别病人，尤其是在应用利尿剂或血容量减少者，可能会引起血压过度下降，故首次剂量宜从2.5mg（1/4片）开始。
2.定期作白细胞计数和肾功能测定。
贮藏
遮光，密闭保存。
