适应症
1.用于高血压，可单用或与其他抗高血压药物联用。 2.也可用于心绞痛、心肌梗死、心律失常、甲状腺功能亢进等。
用法用量
口服。 1.心绞痛一次0.5～1片，一日3～4次；心悸、各种快速性心律失常一次1～2片，一日3～4次； 2.高血压一次1～3片，一日1～2次。
不良反应
可有头痛、头重感、恶心、呕吐、腹泻等，个别哮喘患者可出现支气管痉挛及房室传导阻滞等反应。
禁忌
1.哮喘及过敏性鼻炎患者禁用。
2.窦性心动过缓、Ⅱ～Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞患者禁用。
3.心源性休克、低血压症患者禁用。
注意事项
1.慎用：
(1)处于麻醉或手术状态的患者。
(2)支气管疾病患者。
(3)糖尿病患者,因本药可增强胰岛素诱导的低血糖作用。
(4)甲状腺功能亢进或甲状腺毒症患者。
(5)肝病患者。
(6)肾脏疾病患者。
(7)周围血管疾病患者。
(8)充血性心力衰竭患者。
2.药物对儿童的影响：儿童用药的安全性和有效性尚未确立。
3.药物对妊娠的影响：妊娠期使用β肾上腺素受体阻断药尚有争议。资料显示，孕妇使用β肾上腺素受体阻断药可致胎儿宫内发育迟缓、胎盘发育不良伴纤维化、胎粪吸入和早产等；孕期尤其是临近预产期使用β肾上腺素受体阻断药，可致新生儿心搏迟缓、呼吸抑制、低血糖和低阿普加评分。美国药品和食品管理局(FDA)对本药的妊娠安全性分级为B级。
4.药物对哺乳的影响：本药可经乳汁分泌。
5.用药前后及用药时应当检查或监测：用于高血压时应监测血压。
6.本药不宜与单胺氧化酶抑制药(如帕吉林)和抑制心脏的麻醉药(如乙醚)合用。
7.充血性心力衰竭患者(继发于心动过速者除外)，须心衰控制后方可使用本药。
8.本药剂量的个体差异较大，宜从小剂量开始逐渐加量，以选择适宜的剂量。治疗结束应逐渐减量，不可突然停药。
9.甲亢患者的高摄取率可致本药的清除增加，当患者的甲状腺功能正常时，可能需要减少本药剂量。

密封，置阴凉处。
