适应症
本品用于胃及十二指肠溃疡和胆、肾、肠等绞痛，制止恶心、呕吐等，亦可用于巴金森氏病。
用法用量
口服。 1.常用量：一次8～16mg（1～2片），一日3次。 2.极量：一次48mg（6片），一日3次。
不良反应
1. 较常见的有:便秘，出汗减少，口、鼻、咽喉及皮肤干燥，视力模糊，排尿困难（尤其是老年人），心悸等。2. 少见的有:眼睛痛，眼压升高，过敏性皮疹。
禁忌
1. 青光眼患者禁用。2. 前列腺肥大所致排尿困难者禁用。3. 严重心脏病、心动过速患者禁用。
注意事项
1. 下述疾病患者应慎用：(1) 心脏病特别是心率失常，充血性心力衰竭，冠心病等。(2) 先天愚型，可出现瞳孔散大及心率加快。(3) 反流性食管炎，食管与胃的运动减弱，下食管括约肌松弛，可使胃排空延迟，从而促成胃潴留。(4) 胃肠道阻塞性疾患。(5) 老年衰弱患者肠道松弛无力，或已有麻痹性肠梗阻先兆，有导致完全性肠梗阻的危险。(6) 急性出血伴有心血管功能不全者。(7) 肝功能中度损害。(8) 甲状腺机能亢进。(9) 重症肌无力者，乙酰胆碱的生理作用被抑制后可加重。(10) 前列腺肥大，非阻塞性膀胱张力降低，及尿路阻塞性疾病，可能导致完全性尿潴留。2. 如出现过敏反应应及时停药。3. 若口干反应明显时可含维生素C或酸梅，症状即可缓解。
贮藏
遮光，密封，在阴凉干燥处保存。
