适应症
本品用于风湿性关节炎、类风湿性关节炎、强直性脊椎炎、骨关节炎及急性痛风发作等。
用法用量
直肠给药。一次50～100mg,一日1次。使用前先洗净手及肛门,从塑壳包装上撕下栓剂1枚,从下端将前、后塑片分开,小心拉开,使二塑片分离,取塑料指套一只,套在食指上,取出栓粒,圆锥头部分朝向肛门,并用带套食指轻轻将栓粒推入肛门,需使栓剂尾端距肛门口约2厘米。
不良反应
1.中枢神经系统反应：头痛、眩晕、困倦等。
2.造血系统反应：粒细胞减少，溶血性或再生障碍性贫血，紫癜、骨髓抑制及血小板减少等，但少见。
3.皮肤过敏反应：瘙痒、荨麻疹、结节性红斑等。
禁忌
1.肝肾功能不全、孕妇、哺乳妇女和14岁以下小儿，有活动性肠道病灶或非甾体消炎药过敏者禁用。
2.老人、癫痫、帕金森病或情绪、精神障碍者慎用。
注意事项
1.丙磺舒可使吲哚美辛的血浆浓度增高，两药合用时需减少吲哚美辛的用量。
2.不宜与阿司匹林合用，以免降低吲哚美辛的疗效。
3.对某些患者能减弱速尿的促尿酸钠排出及降压作用，如两药同时使用，应密切注意速尿疗效。
4.同时用抗凝血药的患者，应观察凝血酶时间的改变。
