适应症
本品适于由敏感葡萄球菌属（甲氧西林敏感金葡萄和凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌）、流感嗜血杆菌、大肠埃希菌、变形杆菌属等敏感革兰阴性杆菌所致结膜炎、泪囊炎、角膜炎、眼睑炎、睑板腺炎等。
用法用量
滴入眼结膜囊内，一次1～2滴，一日3～5次。
不良反应
偶有眼部轻度刺激不适，无全身不良反应。
禁忌
对新霉素或其他氨基糖苷类抗生素过敏的患者禁用。
注意事项
1??本品不得直接注入球结膜下或眼前房内。
2??泪囊感染(泪囊炎)常发生于泪囊管闭塞的儿童，除用本品滴眼外，可同时辅以局部热敷。
3??滴眼时瓶口勿接触眼睛，使用后将瓶盖拧紧，以免污染药液。
贮藏
遮光，密闭，在凉处保存。
