适应症
1.用于开角型青光眼和急、慢性闭角型青光眼，先天性青光眼以及继发性闭角型青光眼。 2.白内障人工晶体植入手术中缩瞳。 3.阿托品类药物的中毒对症治疗。
用法用量
皮下注射。 一次2～10mg，术中稀释后注入前房或遵医嘱。
不良反应
尚未发现有关不良反应的报道。
禁忌
1、虹膜睫状体炎，瞳孔阻滞性青光眼患者禁用。 2、对本品过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.瞳孔缩小常引起暗适应困难，应告知须在夜间开车或从事照明不好的危险职业的患者特别小心。
2.定期检查眼压，如出现视力改变，应查视力、视野、眼压描记及房角等，根据病情变化改变用药及治疗方案。
3.为避免吸收过多引起全身不良反应，滴眼后要用手指压迫泪囊部1～2分钟。
4.如意外服用，须给予催吐或洗胃；如过多吸收出现全身中毒反应，应使用抗胆碱药进行对抗治疗。

遮光，密闭保存。
