适应症
局部麻醉药。用于浸润麻醉、阻滞麻醉和封闭疗法等。
用法用量
局部注射,其用量以盐酸普鲁卡因计,按用途分别如下: 浸润麻醉和封闭疗法:注射范围较大的一般用0.25%-0.5%溶液,注射范围较小的用1%溶液,每毫升药液中一般加入肾上腺素量为0.002-0.004mg,总量不得超过0.5mg,盐酸普鲁卡因的每次用量不得过1g。阻滞麻醉:1%-2%溶液,每次用量不得过1g。成人处方限量:一次量以盐酸普鲁卡因计不得超过1g。
不良反应
本品可有高敏反应和过敏反应，个别病人可出现高铁血红蛋白症；一旦血药浓度高或误入血管可引起一系列中枢神经系统和心血管系统中毒反应，如惊厥和心率减慢、血压下降。
禁忌
（1）对及本品过敏者、高血压患者禁用。（2）指、趾阻滞麻醉禁用。
注意事项
(1)用前需做过敏试验。
(2)本品如变色或有沉淀,不可使用。
(3)药液不得注入血管内,给药时应反复抽吸,不可有回血。
(4)注射器械不可用硷性物质如肥皂、煤酚皂溶液等洗涤消毒,注射部位应避免接触碘,以免引起药液沉淀。运动员慎用。
贮藏
遮光，在阴凉处（不超过20℃）保存。
