适应症
用于维生素K缺乏所引起的出血性疾病，如新生儿出血、肠道吸收不良所致维生素K缺乏及低凝血酶原血症等。
用法用量
1、止血：肌内注射一次2～4mg，一日4～8mg；防止新生儿出血可在产前1周给孕妇肌内注射，一日2～4mg。 2、解痉止痛：肌内注射，每次8～16mg。
不良反应
1、局部可见红肿和疼痛。
2、较大剂量可致新生儿、早产儿溶血性贫血、高胆红素血症及黄疸。在红细胞6-磷酸脱氢酶缺乏症患者可诱发急性溶血性贫血。
3、大剂量使用可致肝损害。肝功不全患者可改用维生素K1。
禁忌
尚不明确。
注意事项
1、维生素K有过敏反应的危险。
2、当患者因维生素K依赖因子缺乏而发生严重出血时，短期应用常不足以即刻生效，可先静脉输注凝血酶原复合物、血浆或新鲜血。
3、用于纠正口服抗凝剂引起的低凝血酶原血症时，应先试用最小有效剂量，通过凝血酶原时间测定再予以调整；过量的维生素K可给以后持续的抗凝治疗带来困难。
4、肝硬化或晚期肝病患者出血，以及肝素所至出血使用本品无效。
贮藏
遮光，密闭保存。
