适应症
适用于急、慢性化脓性中耳炎及乳突根治术后流脓者。
用法用量
1.先用3％过氧化氢溶液洗净耳内分泌物，再根据鼓膜穿孔大小，选用适宜规格的耳丸，置入中耳腔。 2.每日或隔日换药一次，5―7天为一疗程。 3.口服，成人一日1-2g，分3-4次给药。 4.小儿一日每公斤体重25mg-50mg，分3-4次给药。 5.静滴，一日1-2g，分2次给药。 6.症状消退后，应酌情减量或停药。
不良反应
1.心血管系统可见心肌损害。
2.中枢神经系统长期用药后可出现周围神经炎和视神经炎、听力减退、失眠、幻视、谵妄等神经系统症状，多属可逆性。也有长期用药后发生视神经萎缩而致盲的报道。
3.呼吸系统可见循环呼吸骤停。
4.肝脏原有肝病者用药后可能引起黄疸、肝脂肪浸润甚至急性重型肝炎。
5.胃肠道用药后常见食欲缺乏、恶心、呕吐、腹痛、腹泻等胃肠道症状，还可见舌炎、口腔炎。
6.血液可见骨髓抑制(本药最严重的不良反应之一)、再生障碍性贫血(不可逆性再生障碍性贫血是本药的另一严重不良反应)、溶血性贫血(某些先天性葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶不足者可出现此症状，表现为发热、褐色尿、巩膜及皮肤黄染、脾肿大等)、铁粒幼细胞贫血、粒细胞及血小板减少。
7.皮肤少见剥脱性皮炎、接触性皮炎。
8.过敏反应少见皮疹、日光性皮炎、血管神经性水肿、药物热等过敏反应症状，且一般症状较轻，停药后可迅速好转。
9.其它：
(1)灰婴综合征(临床表现为腹胀、呕吐、进行性苍白、紫绀、微循环障碍、体温不升、呼吸不规则)，多见于新生儿(尤其早产儿)大剂量使用本药时。
(2)长期口服本药可能抑制肠道菌群而使维生素K合成受阻，诱发出血倾向。
(3)长期用药后可使体内正常菌群减少，引起二重感染。
禁忌
1.对本药过敏者禁用。
2.精神病患者禁用。
3.肝、肾功能损害者慎用。
4.体弱患者慎用。
注意事项
