适应症
本品用于各种类型的癫痫。伊来西胺片适用于单药治疗或添加辅助治疗儿童和成年患者的各种癫痫发作类型。对于使用其它抗癫痫药物耐受不良或伴有其它系统疾病的患者，尤为适用。
用法用量
口服。1.成人（>14岁）:初始，50mg，一日2次;每周增加剂量50mg-100mg/日;最大剂量
不良反应
胡椒是食用调料，其毒性甚微。在发挥抗癫痫疗效的同时，服用伊莱西胺片的患者无明显精神和神经不良反应发生。少数患者可有轻度的或一过性的不良反应，如疲倦等。经过临床长期的观察，尚未见严重的过敏性反应。服用伊来西胺片，无胡椒碱样强烈的局部刺激(少数患者使用胡椒碱，可能会出现胃痛或痔疮)。但是，对于肝、肾及造血功能，临床观察病例尚未见异常影响。
禁忌
对本品或其中任一成份过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.服药期间应定期复查血常规.肝肾功能。一般每三月复查一次。 2.停用本药品时，应逐渐减量至停药，以免癫痫发作的频率增加。 3.如用本品代替其它抗癫、药物治疗时，应逐步取代，不可突然换药。 4.肝肾损害的患者，应遵医嘱用药，并酌情调整剂量。 5.女性妊娠和哺乳期慎用。 6.放在儿童不宜接触和看见的地方。 7.接受本品治疗的患者应避免饮酒。 8.本品有时可以引起疲倦，服用后不宜驾驶汽车或从事其它有危险的活动。

密封保存。
