适应症
本品适用于: 1.防治椎管内阻滞麻醉时发生的急性低血压。 2.用于出血、药物过敏、手术并发症及脑外伤或脑肿瘤合并休克而发生的低血压的辅助性对症治疗。 3.也可用于心源性休克或败血症所致的低血压。
用法用量
1. 成人用量: (1)肌内或皮下注射：2～10mg/次(以间羟胺计)，由于最大效应不是立即显现，在重复用药前对初始量效应至少应观察10分钟。 (2)静脉注射，初量0.5～5mg，继而静滴，用于重症休克。 (3)静脉滴注，将间羟胺1.～100mg加入5%葡萄糖液或氯化钠注射液500ml中滴注，调节滴速以维持合适的血压。成人极量一次100mg(每分钟0.3～0.4mg)。 2. 小儿用量： (1)肌内或皮下注射：按0.1mg/kg，用于严重休克。 (2)静脉滴注0.4mg/kg或按体表面积12mg/m2，用氯化钠注射液稀释至每25ml中含间羟胺1mg的溶液，滴速以维持合适的血压水平为度。 (3)配制后应于24小时内用完，滴注液中不得加入其他难溶于酸性溶液配伍禁忌的药物。
不良反应
1.心律失常，发生率随用量及病人的敏感性而异。
2.升压反应过快过猛可致急性肺水肿、心律失常、心跳停顿。
3.过量的表现为抽搐、严重高血压、严重心律失常，此时应立即停药观察，血压过高者可用5～10mg酚妥拉明静脉注射，必要时可重复。
4.静脉滴注时药液外溢，可引起局部血管严重收缩，导致组织坏死糜烂或红肿硬结形成脓肿。
5. 长期使用骤然停药时可能发生低血压。
禁忌
对本品过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.甲状腺功能亢进、高血压、冠心病、充血性心力衰竭、糖尿病患者和疟疾病史者慎用。
2.血容量不足者应先纠正后再用本品。
3.本品有蓄积作用，如用药后血压上升不明显，须观察10分钟以上再决定是否增加剂量，以免贸然增量致使血压上升过高。
4.给药时应选用较粗大静脉注射，并避免药液外溢。
5.短期内连续应用，出现快速耐受性，作用会逐渐减弱。
