适应症
本品主要用于短期缓解焦虑，紧张，激动，也可用于催眠，焦虑伴有精神抑郁的辅助用药，并能缓解急性酒精戒断症状。肌松作用较其他苯二氮°44;药物为强。
用法用量
成人常用量：1. 抗焦虑，一次15～30mg，一日3～4次。2. 镇静催眠﹑急性酒精戒断症状，一次15～30mg，一日3～4次。3. 一般性失眠，15mg，睡前服。
不良反应
1. 常见的不良反应，嗜睡，头昏、乏力等，大剂量可有共济失调、震颤。
2. 罕见的有皮疹、白细胞减少。
3. 个别病人发生兴奋，多语，睡眠障碍，甚至幻觉。停药后，上述症状很快消失。
4. 有成瘾性。
5. 长期应用后，停药可能发生撤药症状，表现为激动或忧郁。
禁忌
孕妇、哺乳期妇女、新生儿禁用。
注意事项
1. 对苯二氮䓬药物过敏者，可能对本药过敏。
2. 本药可以通过胎盘及分泌入乳汁。
3. 幼儿中枢神经系统对本药异常敏感。
4. 老年人中枢神经系统对本药较敏感。
5. 肝肾功能损害者能延长本药清除半衰期。
6. 癫痫患者突然停药可引起癫痫持续状态;
7. 严重的精神抑郁可使病情加重，甚至产生自杀倾向，应采取预防措施。
8. 避免长期大量使用而成瘾，如长期使用应逐渐减量，不宜骤停。
9. 对本类药耐受量小的患者初用量宜小。以下情况慎用:
(1) 严重的
