适应症
本品用于急性和慢性精神分裂症,适用于伴有精神运动性激越，焦虑，抑郁症状的精神障碍。
用法用量
口服，从小剂量开始，首次剂量25～50mg（1～2片），一日2～3次，以后逐渐增加至一日400～600mg（16～24片）。维持量为一日100～200mg（4～8片）。6岁以上儿童开始剂量为一次25mg（1片），一日3次，渐增至一日150～300mg（6～12片），维持量为一日50～150mg（2～6片）。
不良反应
1.头晕、嗜睡、无力、体位性低血压和心悸、口干、便秘、视力模糊、排尿困难等抗胆碱能症状。2.剂量偏大时可出现锥体外系反应，如震颤、僵直、流涎、运动迟缓、静坐不能、急性肌张力障碍。长期大量使用可引起迟发性运动障碍。3.可引起血浆中泌乳素浓度增加，可能有关的症状为：溢乳、男子女性化乳房、月经失调、闭经。4.可引起肝功能损害、粒细胞减少。偶可引起癫痫。偶见过敏性皮疹及恶性综合征。
禁忌
尚不明确。
注意事项
1.心血管疾病(如心衰、心肌梗死、传导异常)患者慎用。2.出现迟发性运动障碍、应停用所有的抗精神病药。3.出现过敏性皮疹及恶性症状群应立即停药并进行相应的处理。4.肝、肾功能不全者应减量。5.癫痫患者慎用。6.定期检查肝功能与白细胞计数。7.用药期间不宜驾驶车辆、操作机械或高空作业。
