适应症
为广谱抗吸虫和绦虫药物。适用于各种血吸虫病如埃及血吸虫病，湄公血吸虫病，华支睾吸虫病、肺吸虫病、姜片虫病以及绦虫病和囊虫病。
用法用量
1、治疗吸虫病|（1）血吸虫病：各种慢性血吸虫病采用总剂量60mg/kg的1～2日疗法，每日量分2～3次餐间服。急性血吸虫病总剂量为120mg/kg，每日量分2～3次服，连服4日。体重超过60kg者按60kg计算。|（2）华支睾吸虫病：总剂量为210mg/kg，每日3次，连服3日。|（3）肺吸虫病：25mg/kg，每日3次，连服3日。|（4）姜片虫病：15mg/kg，顿服。|2、治疗绦虫病|（1）牛肉和猪肉绦虫病：10mg/kg，清晨顿服，1小时后服用硫酸镁。|（2）短小膜壳绦虫和阔节裂头绦虫病：25mg/kg，顿服。|3、治疗囊虫病总剂量120～180mg/kg，分3～5日服，每日量分2～3次服。
不良反应
1、常见的副作用有头昏、头痛、恶心、腹痛、腹泻、乏力、四肢酸痛等，一般程度较轻，持续时间较短，不影响治疗，不需处理。|2、少数病例出现心悸、胸闷等症状，心电图显示T波改变和期外收缩，偶见室上性心动过速、心房纤颤。|3、少数病例可出现一过性转氨酶升高。|4、偶可诱发精神失常或出现消化道出血。
禁忌
眼囊虫病患者禁用。
注意事项
1、治疗寄生于组织内的寄生虫如血吸虫、肺吸虫、囊虫等，由于虫体被杀死后释放出大量的抗原物质，可引起发热、嗜酸粒细胞增多、皮疹等，偶可引起过敏性休克，必须注意观察。|2、脑囊虫病患者需住院治疗，并辅以防治脑水肿和降低高颅压（应用地塞米松和脱水剂）或防治癫痫持续状态的治疗措施，以防发生意外。|3、合并眼囊虫病时，须先手术摘除虫体，而后进行药物治疗。|4、严重心、肝、肾患者及有精神病史者慎用。|5、有明显头昏、嗜睡等神经系统反应者，治疗期间与停药后24小时内勿进行驾驶、机械操作等工作。|6、在囊虫病驱除带绦虫时，需应将隐性脑囊虫病除外，以免发生意外。
