适应症
1.用于急性和慢性心功能不全。|2.用于控制伴有快速心室率的心房颤动、心房扑动患者的心室率及室上性心动过速。
用法用量
1.用于急性和慢性心功能不全。|2.用于控制伴有快速心室率的心房颤动、心房扑动患者的心室率及静脉给药：|(1)成人常用量静脉注射，0.25～0.5mg，用5%葡萄糖注射液稀释后缓慢注射，以后可用0.25mg，每隔4～6小时按需注射，但每日总量不超过1mg;不能口服者需静脉注射，维持量，0.125～0.5mg，每日一次。|(2)小儿常用量静脉注射，按下列剂量分3次或每6～8小时给予。|①早产新生儿按体重0.015－0.025mg／kg；|②足月新生儿按体重0.02－0.03mg／kg；|③1月－2岁按体重0.04－0.05mg／kg；|④2－5岁按体重0.025－0.035mg／kg；|⑤5－10岁按体重0.015－0.03mg／kg；|⑥10岁或10岁以上照成人常用量。
不良反应
1.常见的不良反应包括:促心律失常、胃纳不佳或恶心、呕吐(刺激延髓中枢)、下腹痛、异常的无力、软弱。|2.少见的反应包括:视力模糊或"色视"(如黄视、绿视)、腹泻、中枢神经系统反应如精神抑郁或错乱。|3.罕见的反应包括:嗜睡、头痛及皮疹、荨麻疹(过敏反应)。|4.在洋地黄的中毒表现中，促心律失常最重要，最常见者为室性早搏，约占促心律失常不良反应的33%。其次为房室传导阻滞，阵发性或加速性交界性心动过速，阵发性房性心动过速伴房室传导阻滞，室性心动过速、窦性停搏、心室颤动等。儿童中心律失常比其他反应多见，但室性心律失常比成人少见。新生儿可有P-R间期延长。
禁忌
1.与钙注射剂合用；|2.任何强心甙制剂中毒；|3.室性心动过速、心室颤动；|4.梗阻性肥厚型心肌病(若伴收缩功能不全或心房颤动仍可考虑)；|5.预激综合征伴心房颤动或扑动。
注意事项
1.不宜与酸、碱类配伍。|2.慎用:低钾血症；不完全性房室传导阻滞；高钙血症；甲状腺功能低下；缺血性心脏病；急性心肌梗死早期；活动性心肌炎；肾功能损害。|3.用药期间应注意随访检查:血压、心率及心律；心电图；心功能监测；电解质尤其钾、钙、镁；肾功能；疑有洋地黄中毒时，应作地高辛血药浓度测定。过量时，由于蓄积性小，一般于停药后1～2天中毒表现可以消退。|4.应用时应注意监测地高辛血药浓度。|5.应用时应注意剂量个体化。
