适应症
止吐药。用于： 1.细胞毒性药物化疗和放射治疗引起的恶心呕吐； 2.预防和治疗手术后的恶心呕吐。
用法用量
1? 高度催吐的化疗药引起的呕吐：化疗前15分钟、化疗后4小时、8小时各静脉注射昂丹司琼注射液8mg，停止化疗以后每 8～12小时口服昂丹司琼胶囊8mg(1粒)，连用5天； 2? 吐程度不太强的化疗药引起的呕吐：化疗前15分钟静脉注射昂丹司琼注射液8mg，以后每8～12小时口服昂丹司琼胶囊8mg(1粒)，连用5天； 3? 放射治疗引起的呕吐：首剂须于放疗前 1～2小时口服胶囊 8mg(1粒)，以后每8小时口服8mg(1粒)，疗程视放疗的疗程而定； 4? 预防手术后的恶心呕吐：在麻醉前1小时口服胶囊8mg(1粒),随后每隔8小时口服胶囊 8mg(1粒)，连用两次。
不良反应
可有头痛、腹部不适、便秘、口干、皮疹、偶见支气管哮喘或过敏反应、短暂性无症状氨基转移酶增加。上述反应轻微，无须特殊处理。个别患者有癫痫发作。并有胸痛、心律不齐、低血压及心动过缓的罕见报告。
禁忌
1.对本品过敏者禁用。
2.胃肠梗阻者禁用。
注意事项
(1)对肾脏损害患者，无需调整剂量、用药次数和用药途径。(2)对肝功能损害患者，肝功能中度或严重损害患者体内廓清本品的能力显著下降， 血清半衰期也显著延长，因此，用药剂量每日不应超过 8mg。(3)腹部手术后不宜使用本品，以免掩盖回肠或胃扩张症状。
贮藏
遮光，密封，在干燥处保存。
