适应症
由培氟沙星敏感菌所致的各种感染：尿道感染；呼吸道感染；耳、鼻、喉感染；妇科、生殖系统感染；腹部和肝、胆系统感染；骨和关节感染；皮肤感染；败血症和心内膜炎；脑膜炎。
用法用量
静脉滴注：成人常用量，一次0.4g，加入5%葡萄糖溶液250ml中缓慢静脉滴入，每12小时一次。患有黄疸的病人，每天用药一次；患有腹水的病人每36小时用药一次；患有黄疽和腹水的病人，每48小时用药一次。或遵医嘱。
不良反应
少数病人可出现：
1、胃肠道反应，如恶心、呕吐、食欲减退、腹泻等。
2、光敏反应、神经系统反应、如头昏、眩晕、头痛、震颤、失眠等。
3、皮疹，血清天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、丙氨酸氨基转移酶上升、白细胞减低等。
4、偶见注射局部刺激症状。上述反应均属轻中度反应，停药后即可消失。
禁忌
对本品或其它喹诺酮类药物过敏者、6-磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶不足者禁用。
注意事项
1、有中枢神经系统疾患者慎用。
2、有严重肝脏、肾脏功能损害者剂量宜酌碱或慎用。
3、用药期间避免紫外光照射及日光曝晒。
4、静滴时间不少于60分钟。
5、如发现药液变色或药液中有异物，请勿使用。
贮藏
遮光，密闭，在阴凉处保存。
