适应症
预防和治疗心绞痛；与洋地黄及(或)利尿剂合用治疗慢性心力衰竭。
用法用量
缓释胶囊50mg，缓释片剂60mg，每日早饭后1次。由于个体反应不同，需个体化调整剂量。
不良反应
用药初期可能会出现硝酸酯引起的血管扩张性头痛，通常连续使用数日后，症状可消失。还可能出现面部潮红、眩晕、直立性低血压和反射性心动过速。偶见血压明显降低、心动过缓、心绞痛加重和晕厥。
禁忌
1.急性循环衰竭（休克、循环性虚脱）；
2.严重低血压（收缩压<90 mmHg）；
3.急性心肌梗死伴低充盈压（除非在有持续血流动力学监测的条件下）；
4.肥厚梗阻型心肌病；缩窄性心包炎或心包填塞；严重贫血；青光眼；颅内压增高；对硝基化合物过敏者。
注意事项
1.阿司匹林可引起哮喘发作，故支气管哮喘、花粉性鼻炎、鼻息肉或慢性呼吸道感染（特别是过敏性症状）患者，对所有类型的镇痛药、抗炎药和抗风湿药过敏及对其它物质有过敏反应如皮肤反应、瘙痒、风疹的患者应慎用本品。
2.同时使用抗凝药物（如香豆素衍生物、肝素）者慎用，低剂量肝素治疗者例外。
3.除医生指导用药外，16岁以下的患者禁用此药。因为儿童服用此药后有可能导致雷耶（氏）综合征。雷耶（氏）综合征能影响大脑和肝脏，虽然罕见，但会致命。已有证据表明儿童使用阿司匹林治疗病毒感染性发热与雷耶（氏）综合征有关。
4.本药不适合用于急性心绞痛症状的缓解，因为它起效较慢。应当使用快速起效的硝酸酯类药物。
5.拔牙和手术前服用本品请通知医生。
6.有以下症状者慎用：
(1)慢性或复发性胃或十二指肠病变；
(2)有形成闭角型青光眼倾向者；
(3)体温过低；
(4)肾功能不全；
(5)肝功能不全；
(6)甲状腺功能减退；
(7)6-磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶（G6PD）缺乏；
(8)营养不良；
(9)体位性循环调节障碍。
贮藏
密封，置阴凉处。
