适应症
本品用于风湿性或类风湿性关节炎、骨关节炎、强直性脊椎炎、痛风、痛经等。
用法用量
口服：成人一次75mg，一日2次。
不良反应
1. 胃肠道反应较常见，如胃部疼痛、不适、恶心、腹泻等。 2. 偶见过敏性皮炎、耳鸣、头晕、嗜睡、视力模糊等。 3. 极少见于血压升高、心律不齐、肝肾功能异常、胃肠道溃疡、出血、听力下降等。
禁忌
1. 活动期消化道溃疡、出血禁用。2. 对本品、阿司匹林或其他非甾体类抗炎镇痛药过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1. 具有胃肠道疾患，哮喘，心功能不全，高血压，血友病或其他出血性疾病，肝肾功能不全的患者慎用。 2. 对诊断的干扰： (1) 由于本品对血小板聚集有抑制作用，可使出血时间延长3～4秒。 (2) 可使血钠浓度降低，血红蛋白及红细胞压积降低。 (3) 可致血清碱性磷酸酶，乳酸脱氢酶及氨基转移酶升高。 (4) 由于本品在尿中代谢产物的干扰，可影响尿17-羟皮质醇(17-OHCS)的测定结果。
