适应症
本品适用于敏感细菌引起的下列感染：1. 呼吸道感染：慢性支气管炎急性发作，支气管扩张伴感染? 急性支气管炎、肺炎。2. 泌尿生殖系统感染：急性膀胱炎、急性肾盂肾炎、复杂性尿路感染、慢性 尿路感染急性发作、急慢性前列腺炎、单纯性淋病等。3. 腹腔、胆道、肠道、伤寒等感染。4. 皮肤软组织感染。5. 其它感染，如鼻窦炎、中耳炎、眼脸炎等。
用法用量
静脉滴注，每次0.4g，每日一次。
不良反应
个别患者可出现中上腹部不适，纳差、恶心、口干、轻微头痛? 头晕等症状，偶可出现皮疹，皮肤瘙痒等过敏反应和心悸、胸闷等，偶有丙 氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬氨基转移酶或尿素氨EUN值升高。
禁忌
对本品或其它氟喹偌酮类药物过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1. 肾功能减退者或肝功能不全者慎用，若使用，应注意监测肝、肾功能。2. 本品静滴时间应不少于60分钟。
