适应症
用于体外循环心脏直视手术或其它手术。抑制纤溶蛋白，减少术中、术后渗血和术后肠粘连。
用法用量
1.过敏反应试验：临用前，将本品1瓶溶于5%葡萄糖注射液10ml中，抽出1ml，再用5%葡萄糖注射液稀释至5ml，经静脉缓慢注射1ml，严密观察15分钟，如果发生过敏反应，则不能使用。2.在体外循环前将本品1680～2800单位(小儿840～1120单位)全量一次性加入预充液中。3.其他纤维蛋白溶解而引起的出血：一日44.8～67.2单位，病情减轻后减为每日11.2～22.4单位。4.预防出血：于手术前一日开始，每日注射11.2单位。5.防止术后肠粘连：手术切口闭合前，直接注入腹腔11.2～28单位，切勿与伤口接触。
不良反应
偶有恶心、呕吐、腹泻等，极少数病人有血清肌酐一过性增高及过敏反应和类过敏反应发生。
禁忌
对抑肽酶过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1．过敏体质者慎用，如出现过敏反应，应立即停用抑肽酶，并进行过敏反应的处理。2．推荐使用抑肽酶的同时，静脉给予H2-拮抗剂(抗组胺剂)。3．避免与β-内酰胺类抗生素合用。
贮藏
遮光、密闭，在阴凉处保存。
