适应症
用于解救铅、汞、砷、镍、铜等金属中毒。对铅中毒疗效较好。可用于治疗肝豆状核变性。
用法用量
口服1次0.5g，一日3次，连用3日为1个疗程，停药4天再用；或每次0.5g，每日2次，隔日服药，共10日，停药5日再用。一般2～3个疗程即可。儿童每次口服10mg/kg或350mg/m2，每8小时1次，连用5日，然后改为每12小时1次，连用2周，共19日为一疗程。
不良反应
成人和儿童的常见不良反应有恶心、呕吐、腹泻、食欲丧失、稀便等胃肠道反应。偶见皮疹（约4%成人），血清氨基转移酶一过性升高（6%～10%）。偶见中性粒细胞减少。
禁忌
1．治疗时应监测血铅浓度。因治疗后血铅浓度降低，但有些人再次接触铅和治疗时，血铅反而升高。此外，经短时治疗后，可引起血铅反跳性升高，这是因铅从骨中游离出来，重新分布的结果。所以应反复用药，才能保证疗效。
2．肝病慎用，治疗时每周监测血氨基转移酶。
3．每周监测全部血细胞计数，发现有中性粒细胞减少时停药。
4．监测尿铅的排出。
5．对一些缺乏葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶和镰状细胞性贫血儿童用本品治疗无效。
注意事项
