适应症
治疗开角型青光眼、高眼压症、色素性青光眼、新生血管性青光眼和手术时止血，以及与麻醉剂合用以延长麻醉时间。也可用于散瞳和患者瞳孔散大的鉴别诊断。对闭角型青光眼虹膜切除后的残余性青光眼有效。对其他类型的继发性开角型青光眼和青光眼睫状体炎综合症也有效。
用法用量
一次1～2滴，一日1～2次，滴于结膜囊内，滴后用手指压迫内毗角泪囊部3～5分钟。
不良反应
地匹福林浓度仅为肾上腺素的1/10～1/20，因此不良反应的发生率要比肾上腺素低得多。溶液滴眼对血压和心率影响较小。但能引起散瞳(未经手术的闭角型青光眼禁用)和无晶体性黄斑病变。局部滴眼后有轻度烧灼和刺痛感，其他有滤泡性结膜炎、结膜血管收缩后反跳性充血、视物模糊、额痛及畏光和角结膜色素沉着等，停药后消失。
禁忌
未经手术的闭角型青光眼禁用。甲状腺功能亢进、高血压、冠状动脉供血不全、心律不齐、糖尿病等患者禁用。对本品过敏者禁用。
注意事项
无晶体的病人应用肾上腺素30%出现黄斑水肿

遮光，密封，在阴凉处（不超过20℃）保存
