适应症
1.呼吸系统感染：如咽炎、鼻炎、鼻窦炎、扁桃体炎、中耳炎、支气管炎、肺炎等。 2.泌尿系统感染：如衣原体感染、前列腺炎等。 3.骨科感染性疾病：如骨髓炎等。 4.寄生虫感染：如弓形体病、隐孢子虫病。 5.皮肤软组织感染：如毛囊炎、疖痈、蜂窝组织炎等。
用法用量
口服 1.成人常用量每日6片(每片75万U/片)，分2-3次服用。 2.儿童每日1.5片(75万U/片)/10kg(每日0.15片/kg)，分2次服用 3.病情较重者，剂量可遵医嘱增加到每日8片。
不良反应
1.本品不良反应轻微，常见反应主要为:
2.消化系统反应:胃肠道不适，恶心、腹泻等。
3.过敏反应:如皮疹、瘙痒等。
禁忌
1.对本品或过敏者禁用。
2.孕妇及哺乳期妇女禁用。
注意事项
1.本品与其他大环内酯类药物有交叉过敏反应，对大环内酯类药物过敏者慎用。
