适应症
本品为静脉用胃肠外营养输液。用于：|1.早产儿、低体重儿及各种病因所致不能经口摄入蛋白质或摄入量不足的新生儿。|2.各种创伤：如烧伤、外伤及手术后等高代谢状态的小儿。|3.各种不能经口摄食或摄食不足的急、慢性营养不良的小儿：如坏死性小肠结肠炎、急性坏死性胰腺炎、化疗药物反应等。
用法用量
1.采用中心静脉插管或周围静脉给药但均需缓慢滴注。|2.每日每公斤体重用20～35ml或遵医嘱。|3.滴注时每克氮应同时供给150～200千卡非蛋白质热量(葡萄糖、脂肪乳)，另加维生素、微量元素等。
不良反应
本品输注速度快时，易产生心率加快、胃肠道反应及发热等。
禁忌
氨基酸代谢障碍者，氮质血症患者禁用。
注意事项
1.肝、肾功能严重障碍者慎用。|2.应用本品时，需按时监测代谢、电解质及酸碱平衡等，防止并发症。|3.如发现过敏性皮疹，应立即停药。|4.静脉滴速不宜过快，20kg儿童一般不宜超过20滴/分钟。|5.药液开启后一次用完，切勿贮存。|6.如发生浑浊或沉淀时，不可使用。遇冷析出结晶，可置50～60℃水浴中使溶并冷至37℃澄明再用。

密封，置阴凉处。
